7Hs Plus LLC was founded by Heath Roach after more than 30 years in the concrete industry and a lifetime of physically demanding experiences. Multiple serious accidents, athletic injuries, and countless hard impacts have shaped his body and his perspective on life. Rather than allowing those experiences to define his future, Heath is committed to exploring alternative approaches to wellness and sharing what he learns along the way.

The mission goes beyond Heath’s own journey. Through meditation education, individualized self-healing meditation recordings, wellness products and therapies, e-books, social-media teaching, podcasting, and creative FlowArt paintings, 7Hs Plus LLC seeks to build a community centered on exploration, mindfulness, personal growth, and hope. The ultimate vision is to openly document the journey through video and social media and, over time, use those experiences to encourage and help others who are searching for new paths toward well-being.
